"They do a fraud with me. I booked a bike from their app when i reached there they said they don't have any bike there so you have to cancel the booking. I tried to reach customer service but get no answer from there don't book bike from this app I lost all of my money from here."

"The bike given did not even had enough petrol to reach the nearest petrol station. I had to manually tow the bike till the pump. The bike provided is in very bad condition. Probably not serviced in years.. Engine makes a lot of additional noises. If you try to complaint to their representative who is managing the pick up point, he simply ask you to cancel if you have any problem, when you try to talk to their customer service number, no one picks up. If you cancel, youd have to pay fine too."

"The scooter was in a verh horrible condition. No side mirror, no horn, brakes not working properly. This scooty was a death trap! The front light was not working, turn signal kept blinking randomly. When asked at the hubspot the guy said this is all he has and we have to take it. Never ever trying it again and never in my entire life I am using this app. I might even sue them."
